Application

DARSHAN PLUS FRLS / ZHFR wires & Cables are recommended for use in Fire Prone Zones and locations where the possibilities of short circuit, peep of Flam occur. The hazards of electrical fires are primarly.

Standards : BS 7655 LTS 2, IS : 694 , IEC 60092 SHF – 1 , IEC 332 – 1 / IEC 332 – 2 , VDE 0207 Part 24 HM 2                   & HM 4

Conductor :    

Class 5 plain stranded flexible copper conductors to IS : 8130 or  BS EN 60228:2005 ( Previously BS6360), VDE0295

Insulation : Low Smoke Low Halogen Flame retardent Compound ( FRLS ) , Zero – Halogen Low Smoke Flame Retardent Compound ( ZHFR )

Colour  : Red, Yellow , Blue , Black, Gray , Green ,White etc.

Voltage Rating : Up to 1100 Volts.
